This page describes the process of connecting an external accounting software to a Smovin user

Mis à jour il y a plus d’une semaine

Set software as an owner’s accounting software

  1. Go to Smovin > account settings > accounting tab, and select the owner to which you want to connect an accounting software

  2. A modal showing the available accounting software pops up. Pick the accounting software, e.g. BOB 50

  3. You will be redirected to Chift’s portal. You will need to input information related to the accounting software you want to connect. The fields are different depending on the chosen tool:

    • Winbooks Classic

      • Nom de la connexion: Winbooks (or whatever the client wants)

      • Nom du dossier (société): should match the name of the “Dossier” in Winbooks (important!)

      • Numéro de zone/plan analytique: should match the analytic zone the client wants to manage

      • Chemin d’installation de Winbooks: C:\winbooks (important!)

    • Sage BOB 50

      • Nom du dossier (société): should match the name of the “Dossier” in BOB 50 (important!)

      • Utilisateur: should match the user in BOB 50 (important!)

      • Plan analytique: should match the analytic zone the client wants to manage

      • Chemin d’installation de BOB50: should match the path where BOB 50 is installed (important!)

      • Chemin d’installation de BOBLINK: should match the path where BOBLIN is installed (usually the same as BOB 50 path) (important!)

  4. When you’ve entered all the right information, click on save. This opens a modal. Click on Download. You can opt to get the installer via email, it will take time, but it will allow you to forward the mail to other users in an easier way.

  5. => Send the file to the server administrator (via wetransfer for example)

=> On the server, the administrator installs the Chift module on the server

=> On Smovin, do the mapping
